Mirai Kaisar: The worst sushi experience ever.There was 1 waiter for the whole restaurant which has 2 floors. And he purposefully ignores you when you call him. No paper menus. No pizza/chicken wings they stopped those but decided not to take down their photos or take them off the menu.The sushi was not fresh, its temperature was off and it was mostly rice. The spring rolls were just stuffed with capsicum. And to top it all off they didn't even have a visa machine. You're expected to carry the whole amount in cash without prior knowledge.

Rahma Hassan: Honestly yesterday was my second visit, I can never get enough of praising their food, specially the spicy lemon rolls. I really recommend them, specially to people who don't like to eat raw fish (fried sushi). For people who like raw fish too, I really recommend Philadelphia rolls and new style Philadelphia rolls. The staff is amazingly friendly. They told me they'll be opening in Zayed soon. The only drawback was the toilet, there was soap nor tissues. But as soon as I informed them, they immediately added it and apologized for the inconvenience, so that was settled.

xinge yang: 这家日料和旁边的一家店共用服务员，生意不温不火。味道还行，不算惊喜也不算踩坑，属于平均水平。我们两人随便吃了点，人均10美元。This Japanese restaurant shares its waiter with a restaurant next door, and business is not very good. The food is okay, not a surprise or a stumble, but average. We had a simple meal for US$10 per person.
Seema Sheth: This is one of the worst sushi places I've tried. The service was poor, no hostess to seat us, no one took our order until we asked, they just totally ignored us. No server other than the sushi chef. The sushi rice was poorly cooked and had no flavor. The salmon was not fresh. The miso soup came without tofu, and when I inquired we were told they were out of tofu. But they never told us when we ordered it. I returned the soup and told him he should have mentioned it to us, then the couple next to us ordered the soup and he didn't tell them either. To top it off, after making our meal the chef left the restaurant to go elsewhere, came back and didn't change his gloves or wash his hands and made the next person's order. Yuck! This was really not a good representation of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Adventures and Eats: I’m leaving 4 stars because the grilled unagi was delicious and service was as expected.However, we also ordered the sushi and chicken bento box and the chicken was a tad over cooked. I would recommend improving grilling and presentation skills.
Chris C: Sushi was very dry. The rice and the fish were dry some how. Tasted like it was left out for hours. We might have just been there on a bad day. Wouldn’t recommend based on the food we were served.

chez San: The best Japanese restaurant in cairo because they have japanese chef who has long career with know-how of raw fish. I think hilton hotel would delegate hugh rights to him to make the restaurant more japanized style by whatever chef want such as varieties of food makeups which no other japanese restaurant have in cairo for sure!!In addition, I felt like I was in japan with multiple evidences such as soba, donkatsu, etc, which made the restaurant more uniqueness here in the cairo.eventhough all was perfect, too salty soba irritated me a little.Anyway, I will visit again soon.------------------------------------Today, I visit again again.Main Chef koma always take care of customer.We had deep conversation about Values or goals of his life.He told me that 1st value is to make customers are satisfied with foods and services and happy when visit.2nd is to train junior to become good chef.and last is to take care of himself for his family.I was deeply moved by his mind.Thst is why Japanese chef is irreplaceable because of his great mind.I had another beautiful dinner in cairo life.------------------------------------Last day, I visited again and again.Still perfect in food and service and mood

Aysulu L: Очень аутентичное место с настоящей японской кухней. Большие порции, что конечно, порадовало. Одно из немногих мест в Каире, где не страшно есть сырую рыбу. Всё очень аппетитно. Вкусный зеленый чай. Большой минус- можно курить в ресторане. Рядом сидела пара которая парила электронными сигаретами и обычным табаком. Очень неприятно. Так же вечером собираются большие американо- говорящие компании которые ОЧЕНЬ громко разговаривают, приходится перекрикивать их гомон.

がぽちゃん: 美味しいです。鰻やお刺身は日本で食べる物より少し弾力がある感じでした。エジプト旅行2週間目で日本食が恋しくなった頃に伺ったのですが、美味しくて2日連続で行っちゃいました☺️友達が豚カツを頼んでいて一口食べましたが豚カツは固かったです😂

Mohamed Mostafa: Very nice Japanese cuisine in Cairo. The staff is friendly and the food was great. Only take is that the bill was slightly higher than expected for two persons.
