They are quirky and fun and will be interesting to geeks and fans of certain franchises such as Harry Potter or the Marvel Universe.The main problem I have is that the items they sell are often rather frail and not good quality. I've seen much better items on Amazon for example when traveling. An example is a Harry spotter wand that I bought. The painting was all wrong and made it look cheap and not like the original at all.They also have a limited selection in the shop compared to the online website.

Ahmed Attia: Very very bad experience......below zero customer service......even impolite staff (even the individual claiming to be the manager of all stores (called Mr Ahmed And elkader). We tried to return two toys less than three hours from their purchase and in their original state except that the cover is opened......and they refused in a very rude impolite way...... including saying go do whatever you want and complain to whomever you want .....we'll never buy from their again and we would recommend not to do for everyone...this happened in city star branch

Salma Lotfy: I visit this shop to buy Malaika linens products which are great as well as the Ramla shoes. The products themselves in general are beautiful. However the staff is very unpleasant. They are disdainful, unprofessional and unhelpful. I see that several other reviews seem to share the same views. Luckily I can get the same products from other boutiques which is what I will do from now on.
