Hytham A: للأسف بعد التعامل ٣ مرات مع الشركة و تركيب ٥ شبابيك و ٣ أبواب بالسلك من إيكوهاوس بقيمة إجمالية ٣٠ ألف جنيه تقريباً ترفض الشركة مجرد تغيير سبليونة شباك تالفة بحجه أنها بعد الضمان بشهرين و تطلب دفع ثمنها علماً بأن المنتجات جيدة و لكن الإكسسوار نوعه رديء.Regret to say that after installing 5 windows and 3 doors from Eco-house worth 30 thousand EGP, the company refuse to replace a faulty window bolt and request charge for it! So disappointed as windows are good but accessories are of a bad quality. After sale services are unsatisfactory.

Abdullah Tawfiq: We booked our windows after long discussions to isolate the noise coming from the street for our YouTube studio. We were promised a short and non-practical time for delivery and that it would be able to solve our situation. This company has been able to over deliver in many ways more that one. They delivered an exceptionally good product that canceled out almost all the noise coming in from the street. When I say almost all, i’m talking about more than 95%!! They delivered before the time agreed, they sent the most decent staff to install and remove the old windows, plus extra adjustments outside the scope of their work. What blew our mind was that the staff took care of cleaning ALL the debris and rubble that had accumulated from installing and removing a huge window and balcony. The whiole experience was something to be extremely appreciated. If you are looking for a company that delivers what they promise, look no further.
