john gamal: I was trying to buy turkey meat about a kilogram ,the guy refused told me to buy the whole 1.8 kg piece which was shocking ,I asked the branch manager who is obviously wanted to support his worker decision and refused as well ,it was strange unprofessional decision so that's why one star for you

Tin Philippe Unikovsky: food (4-5*)service (1-5*)Assortment of food is nice. Sometime they have nice cherry tomatoes imported from NL, but then like 2 weeks you cannot find them more. Bakery is amazing and the products from there. Some of stuff are very engaged and attentive, while others are on their cell phones or talking to each other avoiding contact with the customers.
Oliver Hamoui: It took me many years till I mentioned this supermarket here in Zamalek. It is not easy to find, since you are going stairs down to enter the supermarket. But if you know the location, you won't miss it. The market is very well organized, and very clean. They are offering a lot of fresh things. Worth to mention is the bakery as well as the Food corner where you can get really nice dishes to take away (chinese, arabic dishes, kofta,...and many more). they are really doing a good job there. Only the place were the cashier is, is a bit to small. but this is hard to change, since the plave is limited and they tried to make the best out of it. Shopping there is relaxing and nice, most of time it is not crowded.
Lubna El-Mansy: The baked goods are AMAZING.. But literally everyone there is frowning! And it's still 11 am so they're starting off the day and not crowded! So guys why the huge frown with customers from bakery guys to cashier to the helping people in the isles.
Sohair Hakim: I had points in my rewards points of HSBC, but when I wanted to exchange them at Oscar Zamalek, they refused, very disappointed really
H. Ghabrial: Gréât shopping experience. Always heard of Oscar Heliopolis, how good it is.They have a nice bakery, ready made food and small sandwiches.Overall it’s a pleasant experience the only bad thing is that there is no parking near by.
